What to bring

A Bachelor or Master Degree in Technical field, Chemistry, Food Science or other related fields;
0 to 2 years previous work experience, which can be through internships or extra-curricular experience. International exposure; travel & relocation might be required
A good level of English language and Romanian skills
MS Office knowledge
Understanding of industrial environment specific challenges-laboratory conditions

Program Overview

Start in our Lehliu Plant, learn together as a group regionally, and individually at local level in day-to-day operations, within the Maintenance department.


The program of 18 months is composed of 3 main stages:


Nourish | 3 months: Regional and plant onboarding, buddy up, settle, and prepare to grow.
Grow | 9 months: Hands-on learning within the team locally, develop and deepen Bunge Business knowledge and grow through a game and group learning curriculum.
Flourish | 6 months: Finalize the program with a group project and fine-tune skills of the future.
Upon successful completion, trainees will transition into a role in the Business Unit that complements both the needs of the company and the trainees' career interests and personal strengths.
